Chicken Egg Rolls

 

 

 

1 large boneless skinless chicken breast

5 whole carrots

¼ of a cabbage

½ onion

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

2 eggs

2 teaspoons of sesame oil

1 package of egg roll wraps

 

 

In a pan with a lid put a little water and the chicken breast cook till done (this is known as poaching). With a food processor or a blender chop finely and separately cabbage, carrots, onions (drain because finely chopped onions cause a sour taste) and poached chicken and place in separate bowls. In a small bowl whisk to eggs. In a large bowl mix all together. Take your egg roll raps and roll your egg rolls. Fry in deep fryer on 360 till done.
