Heath Bit of Brickle and Pecan Cookies

 

 

1 ½ cup sifted flour

 

½ teaspoon bake soda

 

½ teaspoon salt

 

½ cup butter or margarine

 

¾ cup brown sugar packed

 

1 egg

 

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

1 bag of Bit of Brickle

 

1/3 cup chopped pecans

 

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Cream butter with brown sugar and add egg a and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in dry ingredients. Blend in Bits of Brickle and pecans. Drop tablespoons of mixture 2 inches apart onto grease baking sheets. Bake in 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from baking sheets immediately. Cool on rack.
