Brown Sugar Cake

1 cup butter

 

1˝ cup flour

 

1 cup sugar

 

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

1 cup brown sugar

 

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

3 eggs beat until yellow

 

1 cup chopped pecans

 

cream butter and add sugars and cream. Add beaten eggs. Add flour, vanilla and nuts. Bake in a well greased 9” x 13” pan for 1 hour at 250. Let set in until cold. Cut into squares.
