1 1/2 cup Bread Flour
1 cup
1 cup Whole Wheat
Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon Oil
1/3 cup Molasses
3 tablespoons Cocoa
Powder
1 tablespoon Caraway
Seeds
2 teaspoons Yeast
Directions:
Use Light Crust
setting on bread machine. Cool 1 hour before slicing. You can add 1 tsp.
instant Espresso Powder for flavor. Bread may also be done on dough cycle, then finished in the oven.
