Grilled Potatoes

 

Recipe by Steve “Soup” Campbell

 

Take 4 or 5 potatoes (you can use any type you like)

 

Cut slices cross way about 1/16 inch thick (their no science here cut as thin of thick as you want)

 

Brush both sides with olive oil (remember olive is good for you)

 

Put any kind of seasonings on both sides

 

Now grill (I use a George Forman but if you don’t have one use a regular grill with foil down)

 

You can cook them as long as you want from soft inside to crunchy
