Homemade  Rolls

3pkg yeast

2 cups warm water

2/3 cup sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup shortening

6-7 cups plain flour

1 teaspoon salt

 

Mix yeast with warm water. Add 1/2 of the flour, and then add sugar, eggs salt, and shortening. Then add rest of flour. Make out rolls and let rise 2 hours before baking at 350.
