No Egg Ceasar Salad Dressing

Italian Dressing 




3 Anchovy Filets minced

1 Garlic clove minced

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp worchestershire sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp dried parsley

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp brown sugar

1/4 cup olive oil




Mash garlic, mustard and anchovies until it forms a smooth paste. Add & whish in Worchestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsely, salt & pepper and brown sugar until well blended. Slowly, drip in oil, whisking until you have a thick combined dressing.


This is a delicious ceasar salad dressing made with no eggs. I have been serving this to my family for years. Serve this dressing with romaine lettuce, garlic croutons and parmesan cheese.
