Pumpkin Nut Bread
Ingredients:
3-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking
soda
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground
cloves
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups canned pumpkin
Grease two 9 x 5 x
3-inch bread pans. Mix together dry ingredients in
large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into loaf pans
and sprinkle some walnuts on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours
approximately.
Yields: 2 loaves.
