Cabbage Casserole

Here's one that's not so well known, but just as good as green bean. When my oldest sister told me she was going to make this casserole I looked at her like she was crazy.

             Cabbage Casserole

1 head cabbage, boiled or steamed in salted water just until done

1-2 cans of whatever condensed soup you like; chicken, mushroom, celery, etc. The amount of soup depends on how much cabbage is in the head.

   1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Place cooked cabbage and soup in a crock and blend. Pour into casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is browned.

         Enjoy!
