Escalloped Pineapple

4 cups bread pieces (10 slices)

 

1 cup butter, melted

 

2 cans pineapple chunks & Juice (cut chunks into 2 to 3 pieces)

 

2 cups sugar

 

3 eggs beaten

 

1 cup milk

 

Combine broken up bread, sugar, melted butter and eggs mix well. Add pineapple, juice and milk.

Pour into greased casserole dish (use long baking dish). Bake 45 to 50 minutes in 325 oven.
