One-Skillet Chicken w/Veggies

         (My only favorite low fat recipe, and a good addition to a no added fat diet)

 

  4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, depending on size

  2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

  broccoli, carrots, onion, potatoes and/or any other fresh vegetable you like

 

Place chicken breasts in a large skillet, add vegetables and shake dressing mix powder over all. Cover and slow-cook until vegetables and meat are done.

  Note: add no oil, water or anything else unless you just have to have it. This recipe doesn't even need added salt.
