Popcorn Delight

8 c. popped popcorn

3 c. corn chips, coarsely crushed

2 c. crispy corn puffs cereal (Kix)

1 lb. white chocolate, chopped

2 c. candy-coated chocolate pieces (M&Ms), optional

 

Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl.  Microwave white chocolate in a glass bowl at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until chocolate melts.  Drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat.  Stir in M&Ms, if desired.  Spread in a wax paper-lined 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; chill 30 minutes.  Break into pieces; store in an airtight container.  Yield: 15 cups.  Prep: 15 minutes.  Chill: 30 minutes.
